We have opportunities for Sales Professionals to offer our customers an exceptional level of customer service and quality. We are looking for applicants with experience, and in depth knowledge of tire and wheel specifications/fitment and automotive service/repair.

Sales Associates work in a fast paced, high activity environment and are responsible for maintaining and achieving superior levels of customer satisfaction while increasing sales growth for their store location. A Sales Professional is responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for every customer that makes contact with the store by engaging customers over the phone, in person, or e-mail. The Sales Professional reports to the Store Manager

Qualifications;
Ability to maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, services, and warranties offered.
Strong selling and customer service skills with a demonstrated history of improving facility sales while also retaining customers loyal to the shop.
Prior experience and the ability to diagnose and recommend needed repairs to customer vehicles by explaining the issues in a way they can understand and make an informed decision.
Must be organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks.
Must perform in a professional manner with a high level of motivation, a smile and a positive attitude always focused on our customers.
Make customer follow up calls daily
Must help to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building, showroom and perimeter areas.
Assist in receiving goods and maintenance of the inventory including warehouse stocking.
Maintain showroom merchandise.
Valid driver’s license required.
Other duties as assigned
